What We Look For

Requirements to join

We hold ourselves to high standards — and we look for caregivers who share that commitment to quality, reliability, and compassion.

Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain one
Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Genuine commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
